Responsibilities
- Architectural Strategy: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, future-proof technical architectures aligned with the 2026 vision.
- AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of advanced AI and Machine Learning models into core product ecosystems.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee research initiatives to identify emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, GenAI) and evaluate their viability for the company.
- System Optimization: Drive performance improvements and refactor legacy systems to meet future scalability requirements.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of technical excellence by mentoring senior engineers and conducting code reviews.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior engineering role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Cloud Native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
