Responsibilities
- Architect and design cutting-edge deep learning models and neural network architectures focused on 2026-era scalability.
- Lead the research and development of Autonomous Agents and Reinforcement Learning systems to solve complex, unstructured problems.
- Oversee the end-to-end machine learning pipeline, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Define technical vision and strategy for AI infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product ecosystems.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- Proven track record of implementing Transformer models or Large Language Models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MLOps practices.
