Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI systems and machine learning pipelines for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead research initiatives into emerging AI paradigms, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into our platform.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and resource efficiency for production environments.
- Establish technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices for the AI engineering team.
- Mentor junior developers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale ML projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
