Responsibilities

- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the long-term roadmap for our machine learning capabilities, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- R&D Collaboration: Work closely with our R&D division to translate cutting-edge academic research into production-ready code.
- Optimization: Continuously refine algorithms to improve latency, accuracy, and energy efficiency of our core systems.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure regulatory compliance in a global market.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead architect or senior engineering role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch. Experience with quantum computing interfaces or edge computing is a plus.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing large-scale distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Passion: A strong interest in emerging technologies and a desire to shape the future of AI by 2026.
