Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership

- Expertise in futures forecasting and scenario planning
- Deep knowledge of at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- PhD or equivalent in Technology, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
