Responsibilities
- Develop the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the creation of a comprehensive technology vision spanning hardware, software, and AI integration.
- AI Ethics & Governance: Establish and oversee the internal Ethics Board to ensure responsible AI deployment and algorithmic fairness.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging tech trends (e.g., AGI, Neuromorphic Computing) to identify high-value opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex technical strategies to non-technical executives and board members to secure buy-in and funding.
- Partnerships: Forge strategic alliances with leading research labs and tech startups to integrate cutting-edge solutions.
- Sustainability Tech: Champion the integration of green technology solutions to meet 2030 carbon neutrality goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Experience: 10+ years in senior leadership roles within the tech industry, with at least 5 years in strategic planning.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging computational paradigms.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to anticipate industry shifts and translate them into long-term business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and writing skills; able to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing high-stakes projects.
