Responsibilities
- Architect and design the 2026 Technology Roadmap, integrating Generative AI and Quantum-ready frameworks into core business infrastructure.
- Lead the feasibility studies for autonomous AI agents and predictive quantum analytics in enterprise environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless migration paths from legacy systems to next-gen architectures.
- Establish best practices, security protocols, and ethical guidelines for advanced AI deployment.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Present technical visions to C-level executives and stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Systems Architecture, or AI/ML Development.
- Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI models (GPT-4, LLaMA, etc.) and their enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with Quantum Computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq) or strong aptitude for rapid learning in emerging tech stacks.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Java, or Go.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with a focus on scalability and security.
- Prior experience in a strategic or visionary architectural role.
