Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Provide remote and on-site technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights within Active Directory.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base for future reference.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to improve system reliability and user experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems (10/11) and familiarity with macOS or Linux is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
