Responsibilities
- Diagnose & Resolve: Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and remote access.
- Incident Management: Log, track, and manage all technical support tickets using industry-standard ticketing systems.
- Client Communication: Interact professionally with clients to understand technical problems and explain solutions clearly.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine system checks and updates to ensure network stability during off-peak hours.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all incidents, resolutions, and customer interactions.
- Escalation: Identify complex issues that require specialist intervention and escalate them appropriately.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a help desk, technical support, or customer service role.
- Education: Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as basic knowledge of networking and troubleshooting.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) with rotating shifts.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
