Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support via phone and email during Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for internal clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all support tickets and interactions.
- Collaborate with the onsite team to improve service processes.
- Assist with data entry and inventory management as needed.
- Escalate complex technical problems to senior engineers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1+ years of customer service or IT support experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic networking.
- Must be available to work every weekend (Saturday/Sunday).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
