Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and printers
- Manage user accounts and permissions in active directory
- Document technical procedures and maintain support ticket systems
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on new technologies
- Monitor system performance and security protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Valid driver's license for occasional travel between PA and IL offices
