Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Diagnose and resolve system issues via remote and on-site support
- Deploy and configure workstations, servers, and cloud services
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team on vulnerability remediation
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor system performance and optimize IT operations
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of IT support experience or relevant certification
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and Azure services
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification required
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Valid Colorado driver's license (for occasional site visits)
