Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and Resolve: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for employees in a timely manner.
- Technical Support: Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring high user satisfaction.
- System Maintenance: Perform regular system updates, patch management, and security checks to protect company assets.
- Asset Management: Manage inventory of hardware and software, including laptop deployment, upgrades, and asset tagging.
- Remote Assistance: Utilize remote desktop tools to assist employees working from home or in the field.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of tickets, incidents, and resolutions in the Help Desk system.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
