Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-performance web applications and APIs.
- Architect scalable solutions that meet business requirements and industry best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and technical training.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability across the codebase.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database technologies (PostgreSQL/MongoDB).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
