Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Lead the architecture of front-end and back-end systems to ensure robustness and scalability.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to deliver features on time.
- Optimize database performance and application speed to enhance user experience.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
- Strong proficiency in React and Node.js or similar modern frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts.
