- Establish KPI frameworks to track innovation ROI and market disruption metrics
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite with data-backed scenarios and risk assessments
- Build and maintain ecosystem partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry disruptors
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies through horizon scanning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology projections (AI ethics, climate tech, neuro interfaces)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CPSI) or futures research preferred
