- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technologies, ensuring responsible development
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and government innovation labs
- Drive adoption of futuristic technologies through stakeholder education and pilot programs
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts to inform innovation strategy
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership with 5+ in strategic planning
- Proven track record launching products with 3+ year development cycles
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, neurotech)
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
- Strong stakeholder management across C-suite, investors, and government entities
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Innovation Management
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or human-machine collaboration
