Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or Technology
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AI/ML, IoT, Web3)
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets
- Exceptional stakeholder management at C-suite level
