Responsibilities
- Architect and lead cross-functional execution of 2026 strategic innovation initiatives
- Identify and validate emerging technologies with 5-10 year market potential
- Develop patentable solutions addressing global challenges in sustainability and AI ethics
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and external stakeholders quarterly
- Mentor a team of 5+ specialists in emerging fields (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation hubs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation management, R&D leadership, or equivalent
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Published research in peer-reviewed innovation/technology journals
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks (TRIZ, Stage-Gate, Design Thinking)
