- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, AR/VR) for commercial viability
- Collaborate with C-suite to align technological innovation with business strategy
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine interfaces
- Manage patent portfolios and publish research in IEEE/Nature journals
- Mentor junior researchers in future-focused development methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum solutions from prototype to production
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Published research in top-tier journals or conference proceedings
- Strong background in systems architecture and distributed computing
