Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching 3+ market-disrupting products
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Strategic partnerships experience with Fortune 500 companies
- Strong background in ethical technology frameworks
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication
- PMP or similar innovation certification preferred
