Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently and safely using standard warehouse equipment.
- Organize and maintain accurate inventory logs and stockroom organization.
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods to ensure accuracy.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (certification preferred, training available).
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with 5S standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the USA.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license or state ID.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
- Basic computer literacy for logging data and scanning barcodes.
