Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution.
- Onboard new clients and provide thorough training on our products/services.
- Monitor customer accounts and identify opportunities to increase retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure product success and gather feedback.
- Contribute to team meetings to discuss performance metrics and process improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or account management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team spirit.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evenings.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
