Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and digital records in WMS systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend shipping deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and 5S workplace organization principles
- Support inventory reconciliation and cycle count processes
- Assist with loading/unloading trailers using proper material handling techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail with basic math and computer literacy
- Flexible availability: Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
