Responsibilities
- Provide tier-2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems for end-users in a timely manner.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and solutions in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify system bottlenecks and implement improvements.
- Conduct on-site training and support for new hardware deployments.
- Monitor system performance and ensure 99.9% uptime for critical systems.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or help desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is a plus.
