Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for enterprise clients via phone, chat, and remote access
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues including OS, networking, and security
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and knowledge base contributions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements
- Monitor and maintain critical infrastructure systems
- Conduct user training sessions on new technologies
- Escalate critical issues following established protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise-level IT support experience
- Expertise in Windows/Linux systems, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certifications required (Security+ preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
- Valid US driver's license and ability to travel to client sites
