Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce applications (Apex, Lightning Components, Flows)
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
- Optimize data models and troubleshoot complex system issues
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Implement Salesforce CRM best practices and security protocols
- Lead deployment and release management processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with 3+ years in Apex/Lightning
- Active Salesforce Platform Developer II or Architect certification
- Expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Proven experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
