Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor high-speed assembly and packaging machinery to ensure smooth production flow.
- Perform routine quality control inspections to ensure all products meet strict industry standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished goods using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Collaborate with the shift lead to report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
- Document production data accurately on daily logs and shift reports.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing, warehousing, or industrial setting.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) on a consistent basis.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
