Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor high-speed machinery and production equipment during the night shift.
- Perform regular quality assurance checks to ensure products meet strict specifications.
- Adjust machine settings and calibrate equipment based on production requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with OSHA safety standards.
- Identify and report any mechanical issues or defects to the maintenance team immediately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with day shift staff to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or assembly is highly preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read technical diagrams or blueprints.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
