Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth production flow.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet high-quality specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and report any malfunctions immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Adhere to all company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for measuring and inventory purposes.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
