Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) infrastructure during night hours.
- Resolve complex hardware and software tickets with minimal supervision.
- Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity and security.
- Configure and troubleshoot workstations, printers, and peripherals.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless transition of support responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or network administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP) and basic firewall configuration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or certification (A+, Network+) preferred.
- Must be available to work nights (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
