Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 15+ production team members to achieve daily/weekly production targets
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and process optimization initiatives
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Manage inventory control and supply chain logistics
- Generate production reports and analyze KPIs for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience in industrial settings
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding production targets
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies
- Proficiency in ERP/MES systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
