Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain enterprise hardware/software systems across 200+ endpoints
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for network infrastructure and cloud services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cybersecurity initiatives and compliance audits
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles for internal teams
- Optimize system performance through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting
- Lead hardware refresh projects for data center and office environments
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience with Windows/Linux environments
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Azure/AWS cloud platforms and Active Directory management
- Strong problem-solving skills with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Ability to lift 50lbs and work flexible hours including on-call rotations
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional off-site support
