Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency while meeting SLA targets
- Document interactions and update CRM systems accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue goals
- Maintain product knowledge through continuous training

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1-3 years customer service or call center experience
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience with multi-channel support systems
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
