Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on empathy and accuracy.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while adhering to company scripts and protocols.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, feedback, and account details in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex problems and escalate issues when necessary.
- Identify trends in customer feedback to suggest process improvements for the support department.
- Provide product and service information to customers to ensure they have a complete understanding of their options.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Willingness to learn new software and internal tools quickly.
