- Accurately enter and update customer data into our CRM and internal systems.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay informed about product updates and service changes to provide accurate information.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance metrics and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or prior experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, call center, or retail environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Reliable transportation and a valid ID for onboarding.
