Responsibilities
- Deliver top-tier customer service to clients through various communication channels.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date client records.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental KPIs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members.
- Resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary to maintain satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday.
