Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and process improvements.
- Assist in training new hires and sharing best practices with the team.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Reliable transportation is required.
