Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, focusing on Generative AI, Spatial Computing, and Autonomous Systems.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a high-performance team of engineers and data scientists in prototyping and deploying next-generation AI models.
- Market Analysis: Identify emerging trends and disruptive technologies to maintain our competitive edge in the global tech market.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to the C-suite and board members, translating data into actionable business insights.
- Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with leading tech universities and AI research labs to foster innovation and talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or product management, with at least 5 years in a senior AI or strategic role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and large-scale distributed systems.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity and drive projects from concept to launch.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
