Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation of a comprehensive 3-5 year technology roadmap, identifying key emerging trends such as AI integration, quantum readiness, and sustainable tech.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business goals, ensuring scalability and long-term viability.
- Innovation Management: Identify, evaluate, and pilot new technologies to drive competitive advantage and operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for major initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing technology strategy team, fostering a culture of forward-thinking and agility.
- Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with key vendors, startups, and academic institutions to stay ahead of industry shifts.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA or MSc) is preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, IT management, or executive consulting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Tech Savviness: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and Web3, with a specific focus on 2026 projections.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully navigating complex technological transitions and driving digital transformation.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or similar strategic architecture certifications are a plus.
