Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and communicate a comprehensive strategic roadmap for the company's technological evolution leading up to 2026.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and validate emerging technologies (AI, Web3, BioTech integration) to identify viable product opportunities.
- R&D Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in Proof of Concept (PoC) development for high-risk, high-reward future technologies.
- Strategic Partnerships: Forge partnerships with universities, research labs, and tech innovators to stay ahead of the curve.
- Resource Allocation: Direct capital and talent toward initiatives that align with the 2026 strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Strategic Leadership: 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the tech industry, with a proven track record of defining long-term roadmaps.
- Tech Expertise: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging digital interfaces.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy; Master’s degree preferred.
