Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term AI roadmap, focusing on generative AI, LLMs, and autonomous agents for the 2026 timeframe.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a high-performing team of researchers and engineers in developing next-generation algorithms.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into business value for C-suite executives and investors.
- Scalability: Architect systems that are not only innovative but also scalable, secure, and compliant with global data regulations.
- Partnerships: Identify and forge partnerships with academic institutions and tech leaders to stay ahead of the curve.
- Process Optimization: Integrate AI-driven automation into our internal workflows to drive efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic capacity.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Large Language Model architectures.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of driving innovation in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
