Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning technological innovation with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future scenarios and solution frameworks
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-generation technologies
- Present strategic insights to C-suite stakeholders and external partners
- Establish KPIs to track technological adoption and ROI of future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or technology forecasting
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futurist Studies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
