Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps based on emerging trends and market disruption analysis
- Lead scenario planning for AI ethics, quantum adoption, and biotech integration
- Partner with product teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Present future-vision briefings to investors and Fortune 500 clients
- Establish innovation metrics to track technology adoption curves
- Manage a $2M annual R&D portfolio for experimental technologies
- Author thought leadership publications on industry disruption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or equivalent field
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning at Fortune 500 companies
- Published research on AI governance or quantum computing applications
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (blockchain, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proficiency in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Track record of implementing future-focused initiatives
- Strong public speaking experience at global tech conferences
