Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology foresight frameworks for AI, biotech, and climate tech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align innovation roadmaps
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for board-level strategic decisions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich) for R&D collaboration
- Design ethical governance frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Represent company at global tech summits (WEF, Web Summit) as keynote speaker
- Mentor internal teams in futurist methodologies and speculative design
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Foresight, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years experience in tech strategy at Fortune 500 or unicorn startup
- Proven track record of launching moonshot projects with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF)
