Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis of emerging tech paradigms
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Author white papers on ethical AI governance and decentralized tech frameworks
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets for experimental R&D initiatives
- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT Media Lab, and global tech consortiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 3+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record in commercializing breakthrough technologies (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable technology design
- Exceptional presentation skills with TED-level public speaking experience
- Published thought leadership in Nature, IEEE, or Future Science journals
