Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies (2026-2030) and market disruption vectors
- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with organizational strategic objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and mitigate risks
- Produce high-impact reports and presentations for executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and nurture relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Champion human-centered design principles in technology implementation strategies
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic factors affecting technology adoption trajectories
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting technology trends with documented impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published research or strategic frameworks
