As a key member of our Global Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and industry disruptors to identify paradigm-shifting technologies. You'll leverage predictive analytics, scenario planning, and market intelligence to guide our $2B R&D portfolio toward breakthrough innovations that will define the next decade.
Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and trend modeling
- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging fields (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in 2026+ technology landscapes
- Partner with venture capital team to evaluate and acquire next-gen startups in exponential tech domains
- Present strategic technology briefings to executive board and key stakeholders
- Establish global thought leadership through whitepapers, patents, and industry conference keynotes
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting long-term technology adoption
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futurism/foresight roles
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of successfully predicting technology adoption cycles (2018-2024)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology, neuromorphic computing)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (preferred)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 CTOs on technology transformation
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major tech publications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
