Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology foresight strategies aligned with 2026 market projections
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, bio-integration, neural interfaces) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain relationships with global tech incubators and research institutions
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology paradigms
- Mentor junior strategists in futurism methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Proven track record of forecasting and commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: AI ethics, quantum applications, or neurotech
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar designation required
- Published research in peer-reviewed technology journals or major industry publications
- Experience leading global innovation teams across multiple time zones
