Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic tech roles with proven 5+ year horizon planning success
- Deep expertise in emerging tech stacks: quantum ML, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Futures journal
- Experience scaling innovation from prototype to enterprise deployment
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TFIA) or Innovation Management
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-tech commercializations
